Founded in September 1985, we are a privately owned company engaged in the manufacturing of aluminum and zinc die-castings, CNC machining parts. Owning factory facilities covering an area of more than 12,000 square meters, and employing 140 personnel, we are located in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province. Just 90 kilometers from the regional trade hub of Shanghai, we have access to freight facilities located in this city, and can thereby ensure rapid shipping of all orders.
At present, overseas sales account for 80% of our total trade volume, and export markets currently included are Germany, England, America, Japan, Australia, Canada, Mexico and Spain, etc. Having implemented comprehensive quality control procedures, a QC manual and process documents have been devised, with all measures carried out according to ISO9001(2008) standards and GJB9001A(2001) standards.
Tianlong Machinery factory is the China aluminium alloy scientific research and production base, the council member of China die-casting association, successively we organized or took part in many China national scientific research and production assignments, enjoys great popularity in the filed of aluminum alloy precision die-casting of China aviation & spaceflight, possesses of many invention patents, thereinto the Pure Aluminium Die-casting technology, No Draft Aluminium Die-casting technology, Special Type High Strength Die-casting Material Technology, etc, all successfully got the China national defence scientific and technological achievement appraisal certificate, is entitled as "the national advanced technology, fills many gaps in this field dmestically."
