2/ The Company has its own 30,000 sq metres of production capacity in plastic injection, tool making and extrusion.
3/ The Company also has its' own facilities for electrical and electro-mechanical assembly as well as lighting. It has been audited to European Lighting association systems, and will shortly undergo UL auditing.
4/ High degree of western staff and western systems.
5/ Mother tongue English communications through all time zones with help from the UK office. (7 hours behind China)
6/ Comms system includes access to customer information 24/7 through an ftp site....Network updated information includes:

Current drawing/artwork files in use
Customer diary....with details of changes/work performed/problems/project managers remarks
QC management reports on final examinations.
