It has the mold manufacturing equipment including the processing centers,Electrical Discharge Machine,wire-electrode cutters,etc.The company can offer a continuous line services for the clients of mold design and manufacture,plastic injection,oil spray and silk screen.
With matured manufacturing techniques,this company is a supplier designated by Cherokee Automobile Corporate,a Sino-American joint venture under Beijing Jeep in the first batch in 1989.Once it has manufactured a mass of auxiliary plastic parts for the factories such as Japan Toshiba,Yamamizu and NCE,etc. and now it supplies the auxiliary plastic parts for large planar color TV set for KONKA,SKYWORTH,WELLCOME and TCL as well as the accessory plastic parts for the furniture factories in Shunde City.This company attaches much importance to the quality system including the perfect control of the after service.It has passed ISO9002 Quality System Certicication at the end of 1998.All clients are welcome to come into our business in various forms like incoming parts,incoming samples and incoming materials,and so on.
