Zhangjiagang Youbang Automobile Accessory Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in Zhaofeng Industrial Park, Leyu town, Suzhong city, Jiangsu province, PRC, alongside the beautiful and prosperous river-side of Yangtse River. As one of the major coach seats suppliers in South China, it covers a constructive area of 10,000 sqm(total area of our four factories), with more than 50 million yuan of capital assets and more than 100 million of annual sales. Now, there are more than 2,000 working personnel and the main technicial clerks have more than 10 years experience in auto line.
Our company is mainly engaged in manufacturing and marketing of auto parts, including auto seat and pressed parts of vehicle body. In China, we established longterm besiness relation with JAC, Suzhou Kinglong, Ankai, Zhengzhou Yutong and Nanhai Fudi etc. Meanwhile, our products have good reputation in many foreign areas, such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries. In 2007, Youbang auto seat was awarded as Suzhou Well-known Brand Products.
Our company has complete manufacturing line so that we produce auto seat and pressed parts of vehicle body independently. For producing pressed parts of vehicle body, there are 15 punches of 16T-250T, 4 hydraulic machines of 300T-1500T, 3 electrophoresis assembly lines. That gives us an ability of annually 20,000 vehicle-sets. For producing auto seat, there is an airless blast cleaning machine, 2 spray assembly lines, 3 sponge foamed assembly lines, 2 automatic blow molding machines, 3 installation assembly lines. That gives us an ability of annually 300,000pcs. Also, we have molding, punching, riveting, electrophoresis, and foaming workshops. Meanwhile, our company also established a complete monitoring system for seat intensity, interior combustion, and foam's hardness and so on.
