Our company Erdos Group Beijing Branch as the largest exporter and manufacturer in China of a wide range of 100% cashmere and other blended products, such as cashmere yarn, knitted and woven sweaters, scarves, shawl, coats, suit and shirts, etc.
With its RMB6.7 billion assets, 21,347staff members, 76 member firms and RMB 3.4 billion of sales volume per annum, Erdos cashmere Group is equipped with 42 sets of dehairing machines made in Japan, 25 sets of spinning machines made in Italy, 4180 sets of hand and semi-automatic knitting machines, 612 sets of fully automatic knitting machines made in Germany and Japan.
All the raw material is selected from Alpas white goatwool praised as the ?Diamond Fiber? by the world uniquely. The annual production capacity of the group is as follows: 1,200 tons of dehaired goatwool, 2,000 tons of cashmere yarn, 5,000,000 pieces of cashmere sweaters, 1,000,000 pieces of woven cashmere scarves and 1,000,000 pieces of cashmere coats, suit and shirts. Since 1995, the group introduced international ISO9001 quality management standard and formed the whole process of quality assurance system ranging from raw material, designing, production, packing and after-sales service. Now, the system has been checked and approved by China import & export commodity quality certificate center, and gained the qualification certificate of ISO14000 international quality assurance system. Advanced equipment and strict quality control keeps the quality of the products rise above the excellent level, and Erdos cashmere garments have reached to the international and the state excellent level.
