Xinjiang Tianye Group (Shanghai) Marketing Center is a fully-funded subsidiary company of Xinjiang Tianye Group, whose ultimate goal is to further promote sales of PVC Resin and Caustic Soda Flakes & Pearls.
Established in July 1996, Xinjiang Tianye Group is a large-scale State-owned Enterprise (SOEs). Xinjiang Tianye Stock Co. Ltd and Xinjiang Tianye Water-saving Co. Ltd., both controlled by Xinjiang Tianye Group, respectively got their IPO(Initial Public Offerings) on Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 1996 and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in Feburary 2006. "Tianye Chemicals" was crowned "China's Top Brand" and "Chinese Famous Brand" in 2007 as a reward to its superior quality and perfect quality control system.
In 2008, the total asset of Xinjiang Tianye Group reaches 15 billion RMB, with revenue surpassing 6.7 billion RMB. Currently, depending on its annual output of 720,000 tons of PVC Resin and 600,000 tons of Caustic Soda (Flakes & Pearls), Xinjiang Tianye Group stands out as the No.1 player in chlor-alkali industry in China. Furthermore, with many State-of-art techniques, it is widely accepted as the model of recycling economy and technology innovator.
