Hallochem Pharma Co., Ltd.was founded in 2004 as a privately owned holding company for a group which integrates R&D, manufacturing and international trade into one enterprise. Hallochem owns five companies:

Shenzen, founded in 1991, the origin of the group.
Inter-chemical HK Ltd. HOngkong, 1991
Waycome pharmaceutical Co., Ltd
