Ningbo Dechuang Kitchen & Bath Appliances Co., Ltd. is located at Yuyao, Zhejiang, Since its birth in 1998, Dechuang has committed to manufacturing and developing stainless steel residential sinks. Dechuang is one of the early professional manufacturers of kitchen products in China.
To meet the demands of a changing marketplace, Dechuang transformed its product portfolios fundamentally in 2004, starting focusing on innovative high-quality sinks self-reliantly. In 2006, the products developed independently by Dechuang, Sink Intelligent Control System and Exceptional Sink Fitting System were granted with Certificate of Patent by the State Patent Bureau of China. In May of the same year, HARELE-series of products emerged at the China International Exhibition for Kitchen & Bath Industry (Shanghai) for the first time and turned out to be a big hit, bring new implication and concepts to China?s functional sinks. Of Dechuang?s products, the European-style of Type 3288, uniqueness of Type 5088 and convenience and applicability of Type 3088 all perfectly demonstrate design trend of combining humanity with aesthetics, guiding the industrial development of functional sinks in China.
In terms of manufacturing techniques, Dechuang employed world-leading techniques such as numerical-control (NC) plasma welding, vacuum desalination processing and skin fitting sealing test. The newly-developed gold-string draw wire products have been launched in the market, creating wholly new visual effects and aesthetic standards and facilitating the exaltation of aesthetic levels of sink industry.
