Our raw material is flawless steel products from Assab Company in Sweden and Daido from Japan, and our heat treatment is made by Assab Shanghai Branch by import vacuum from Germany.
We would like to design and process moulds based on customers? drawing at domestic and abroad. Our process can reach mould and product technology capability in line with domestic and international standard with quick delivery, excellent material, low price, long performance life and stable quality. The process includes design technology - rough machining - heat treatment - finish machining to ensure no deformation, and precise holes center distance. For plastic mould, we can ensure the service is 300000 - 500000 times.
