Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe CO.,LTD is found in year 2010, it located in the Zhenggang Industrial Development Zone ,Yanshan Country which is called "Chinese National Manufacture Base of Pipeline Equipment", 40 kilometers from Huanghua Port, 160 kilometers from Tianjin Xingang Port. It is adjacent to the Tianjin-Shantou Expressway to the east , 205 National Road and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway to the west, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan gold Economic district to the north and Shandong province to the south. The geographical position is advantageous and the communication is very easy. The company occupies 140951 square meters,while the building area occupies 30,000 square meters. The investment in the company is around RMB 300 millions.
The company own one set of advanced JCOE LSAW steel pipe product line, the product through several complex working procedures like the Plate 100% ultrasonic inspection,edge milling, pre-bending, forming,CO2 Pre-welding, inside and outside welding, 100% UT test and 100% X-ray test,mechanical expansion in whole length, hydrostatic test,rounding, mechanical bevelling ends and straightness and so on.The company use 100% UT test on the whole wild of the plate ,pre-welding and then inside-outside welding, 100% length mechanical expansion , in order to effective control the appearance and inner quality. In the same time, the company has set up to 8 kinds of quality traceable inspection from plate to final warehouseing in order to ensure product's quality.The company specialize in the production of Longitudinal Submerged Arc welding Pipeline of outside diameter from 355.6 mm to 1422 mm, wall thickness from 6mm to 50 mm, unit length from 3meter to 12.5meter,steel grade can be simple carbon steel ,special type steel,low alloy steel and High Strength pipeline steel.The produce line is operated by automation,the assembly line makes it efficiency, it is able to manufacture 150,000 tons per year.
