In May 2006, under the cooperation between, and invested by, Jiangsu Sunway Group Co.,Ltd. and china Wanxiang Group, Jiangsu Sunway Precision Forging Co.,Ltd. was established. The company plans to build a precision forging production line to reach the annul production capacity of 100000 tons of various automobiles and machinery precision forgings. Jiangsu Sunway Precision Forging Company is the largest precision forging production base of automobile parts in China, at present our company have the lead in the production scale 锟斤拷he technical equipment 锟斤拷he level of craft of cold and warm casting in domestic casting business .Sunway Precision Forging Company occupies an area of 180mu. At present there are 400 staff members.
In year of 1996, the company was given the title of 锟斤拷odel Plant of Advanced Forging Technology锟斤拷by Chinese Machinery &Electrics Ministry. At the 6th and 7th China International Forging Exhibitions, CV universal joints, output and input shafts of auto gear-boxes, auto-boxes, auto reverse gears, and many other precision forging Co.Ltd are awarded the prize of 锟斤拷igh-Quality Forging锟斤拷by Chinese Forging Association.
The main business of Jiangsu Sunway Precision Forging Co.,Ltd .is the production and sale of automobile and machinery precision cold forgings. At present, the company锟斤拷 customers mainly include: Faw-Volkswagen Automotive Company Ltd., Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd.,Sino-American Joint Venture Delphi Company, Saginaw Lingyun Drive Shaft Co.,Ltd , Sino-Germany Shanghai GKN Drive Shaft Co.,Ltd, American A Caterpillar(Asiatrak Tianjin)Ltd., Delphi (Shanghai) Company ,and ZF Shanghai Steering Co.,Ltd. etc.
On Jan 30th, 2007, our company signed an agreement with Shanghai Jiao Tong University National Mould CAD Engineer R&D Center for jointly building a Precision Forging United R&D Center. A provincial-class technical center and a post doctor work station have been set up in the company .The company has perfect development. |
