Established in 1996 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Nalcom Technology now operates four offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Nanjing and Taiwan with warehouses in Nanjing, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. These facilities handle International and Domestic Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service and Financial Control. Product engineering and production is housed in a modernize factory complex located in Nanjing, China, about 380 Km west of Shanghai.
Nalcom Technology offer a wide range of Network Devices, TFT LCD Monitors, TFT LCD TVs, LCD Monitors/TV AD Control Boards and Open-Frame solutions. Products ranged from high-end Managed Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet Switches to cost-effective Network Adapters, 10 Mbps Ethernet Hubs, 10/100 Mbps Mini and Rack-mount Switches, Gigabit Ethernet Mini and Rack-mount Switches to Media Converters to Print Server to Broadband Routers to 54 Mpbs Wireless LAN devices to 12 inch, 14 inch, 15 inch and 17 inch LCD Monitors. These products are offered under the brand name PRIME and OEM/ODM branding.

This venture derived from Nalcom Technology vision of the potential growth of the LCD Display industry which have encouraged Nalcom Technology into investing in an IC Design House, Trumpion Microelectronic, in 1998.
