We are a retail chain based in USA, with our sourcing office in Mumbai, India. We also have representative offices in Shanghai, China and Karachi, Pakistan. At present we have 60 stores spread across USA, which will be 155 by the end of next year. Our website www.steveandbarrys.com has comprehensive information about our stores and policies.
We are currently ordering large volumes of clothing from our vendors the world over. I am pleased to inform you that our sales are growing at a very fast pace and we are always in the need of more merchandise. To meet this growing demand, the company has decided to create a separate division which will look into sourcing of ready stock. This division will account for a sizeable portion of the merchandise in our stores and I would be looking after buying stock lots/ close outs from serious and reliable suppliers worldwide. We also look for stock with fabric suppliers which can be transferred to our vendors at very competitive prices for converting into garments.
Please feel free to raise any queries that you may have and I will be happy to address them for you.
Also at this point I would like to inform you that we will not consider:
a. Small quantities
b. Defective fabric or seconds. We will buy only first quality merchandise.
Right now I am particularly looking for bottom wear such as:
a. 100% Cotton Canvas Fabric.
b. 100% Cotton Twill
c. 100% Cotton Denim (Heavy Quality).
