NANJING WEIXIAN SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY Corp. Ltd. is specialized in continuouse SO3 multitube film sulphonation & Sulphation technology. We have proven technique and offer whole technical services, including: design optimized Sulphonation plants, supply production technique, equipments Installation, employee training, test-drive, etc. Also we help customers to reconstruct or enlarge theirs old plants.
Since the first Pilot testing Sulphonation plant built in 1995, we have been supplying the satisfied plants for our customers like: Unilever (Hefei), Henkel (Tianjing), P&G (Guangzhou), Jingdi (Shanghai), Zhongqing Yilan (Group) (Yunnan), Jingzhong Group (Anhui), Dongxing (Jinan), Xingya Washing Products (Anyang), etc. We supply plants for these customers to produce LAS, HLAS, AS, AES, MES, AOS, etc. And till now, we have accumulated a lot of experiences to serve customers who are in different environment and have different requirements.

We offer the whole set of Sulphonation devices, including: Air Water Cooler, Air Dryer , SO2 cooler (floating tubes-box), SO2/SO3 Converter, coating fiber reactor inlet gas filter, Continuous Multitube Film Sulfonation Reactor, electrostatic precipitator/high efficient compound fiber Gas Mist Eliminator, ageing vessel (Mixed design of slug flow and static), neutralization equipments, AES degasification, AOS sulphur lactone hydrolyzer etc.
We offer whole set of Automation control system for Sulphonation devices , including: DCS or PLC computer control system, intelligent instrument control system . We successfully control the rate of the Sulphonation by using density ratio control system.
