With the solid support of the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, the company owns strong technical forces, as well as strong ability to rapidly develop the new products. Company has already successfully applied Complex Enzyme Technology, developed together with the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, to the production of rice starch,rice protein powder and rice powder, in accordance with GMP standard. The annual output of the rice starch is up to 10000T, rice protein powder 12000T, rice powder 10000T. The automatic aseptic control is adopted during the entire process, at the same time we introduce the international advanced equipments like Brabender viscometer, Mettler automatic moisture meter, whiteness instrument and other equipments to conduct real-time monitoring in order to ensure top quality of products.
