Jiangsu Tianli Steel Structure Co., Ltd is located in Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province east of China, only less than 3 hours away from Pudong airport of Shanghai by car. Our new plant covers total area of 60000M ??, including workshop area of 25000 M ??
Tianli is integrated manufacturer specialized in electric power line towers, substation structure, power plant-stand, telecommunications tower, microwave tower, lightning tower, traffic sign pole, and other steel structure products etc..
And the large new production-related equipment had put into operation successfully. We own all following production equipment and process equipment, two sets of large double-machine interaction electro-hydraulic Synchronous CNC plate bending machines, two sets of gantry automatic submerged arc welding machines, socket rolling girth automatic submerged arc welding machines, two sets of hydraulic pipe shaping machine, the data intersection cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting platform, CNC flange welding machine, CNC inside welding machine, carbon dioxide gas welding, and shearing, rolling, pipe, concrete centrifugal, steam curing, high-pressure sand-blasting, thermal spray zinc, etc. Our factory annual production capacity reaches more than 40,000 tons. Our main products cover 110KV-500KV substation structures and frames, diameter steel pipe, polygonal steel pole and thin-walled centrifugal concrete filled steel tube structure; voltage ranged 10-110KV S-series polygonal and conical steel tower, SC series centrifugal thin-walled concrete filled steel tube tower (with a single columnar, three cylindrical, four-column type).
