Who is Yingang?
Yingang has been established here in Chongqing China for more than 19 years; prior to this we had 5 years manufacture engineering design and product development in motorcycle parts, in specific, clutch, cam shaft, gears and bearing. We have been the market leader on these parts in china since 1990s. If it is mechanical we know about it, if it is designed we could manufacture it, if it has a problem we can fix it, if it has two wheels and a petrol heart in the middle we love it.
Our company consists of 3500 employees here in the Chongqing, 300 of which are in R&D; and 540000 square meters plant. We have accumulated abundant experience in R&D. Quality Control and world leading technology in manufacturing since 1990, Capable of producing 1 million motorcycles,2 million motorcycle engines, 30000 three wheels. As we all know Chinese Motorcycles are here to stay, Peugeot, Piaggo, Motorini, Benelli are all now manufacturing here. WHY? Because the material quality, RD, quality control, factory procedure/tooling and equipment is as good as anywhere in the world for low capacity motorcycle manufacture, but with considerably lower overheads. 2008 will be the biggest year yet for Chinese Motorcycles and will see complete domination of the sub 250cc class here in the world.
