Our major products are silicon controlled rectifiers,triodes,and diodes.The thyristors include:TRIACS and SCR,eg:from BT131 to BT139 series; from BTA04 to BTA80 series; from BT151 to BT169 series.and some other part numbers.
All our products conform to EU ROHS Directive,2002/95/EC and their complementary directive of 2005/618/EC. The products are mainly sold in Southeast Asia,Europe and the United States,such as China(including Hong Kong and Taiwan),Singapore,American,South Korea and Malaysia.
