SHENZHEN XINHUAXU(XHX) RUBBER PRODUCTS CO., LTD is a manufacturer of O-ring, Rubber Gaskets, Washers,and other custom rubber. The products are widely used in automobile, Machinery, Air-condition, Sanitary ware, Electronic, Appliance industries and so on. We also make product conform to AS568 ,DIN3771, JIS B2401, GB 245201, ISO3601 and other standard.
Since the factory established in 2004, cover area 3700square meter, has worker 200, machinery equipment 20 sets. annual turnover is around USD$3.5 million. A strict and perfect manage system ----including R&D, Cost control, Quality control department etc. we has participated in ISO9000/TS16949 certificates.
We devote ourself to product design, study & manufacturing and the developing of rubber mold for related rubber products. As yet we have rubber mold 2000sets, machine type : hydraulic plant (250T, 300T), mixing machine, cutting machine and other product inspection facilities, We pay more attention to quality control, in consideration of this, we offer training for new stuff and workers, we absorb advance equipment and technology to keep our product meet the demand of our customer. Our QC is in the first line currently spot-check the goods while in production and before packing.
