Since 2008, we have developed high performance copper alloy-DSCA( dispersion strengthened copper alloys), annual production capacity of 100 tons.
DSCA is Dispersion Strengthen Copper material featuring high wear resistance and especially excellent high temperature performance.
This material also called ODSC (oxidize dispersion strengthen copper) and GLIDCOP.
Base on Powder Metallurgy technology, this innovation material is produced by milling- compaction- hot extrusion- drawing-straighten process. With ultra-fine particles of aluminum oxide inside Copper matrix. This results in a unique combination of high strength and high conductivity unmatched by other copper alloy systems.
