Beijing Changfeng Industry Co., Ltd. (BCF) is a commercial subsidiary of China Changfeng Science & Technology Industry Group (CCF).  CCF, in turn, is one of the four divisions of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Co. (CASIC).  CASIC is under the direct administration of the State Council and is China's largest aerospace corporation.  In all, CASIC has four divisions, including six large-scale academies, and has approximately 100,000 employees, among which 40 percent are technicians and engineers.
