Xinjiang Tianye Group (Shanghai) Marketing Center is a fully-funded subsidiary company of Xinjiang Tianye Group, whose ultimate goal is to further promote sales of PVC Resin and Caustic Soda Flakes & Pearls.     Established in July 1996, Xinjiang Tianye Group is a large-scale State-owned Enterprise (SOEs). Xinjiang Tianye Stock Co. Ltd and Xinjiang Tianye Water-saving Co. Ltd., both controlled by Xinjiang Tianye Group, respectively got their IPO(Initial Public Offerings) on Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 1996 and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in Feburary 2006.
