Cixi City Sanchao Electric Meter Factory) is situated in the South coast of Hangzhou Bay, close to the East Sea, and lies in Ningshao Plain. It is located in Xinpu Town, the North of open Cixi City. It is 65 kilometers from Ningbo and Beilun port, 10 Kilometers south to National Highway No.329, 130 kilometers west to capital city, Hangzhou, close to the northern Hangzhou Bay Spanning-sea Bridge and is separated with Shanghai by the sea. The traffic is very convenient for us because the Hangzhou Bay Spanning-sea Bridge is being built now, its joining highway is passed through Xinpu Town Industrial Zone.
