Haowei Motorcycle Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. was established in May 2000 with registered capital of 20 million RMB and fixed assets of 10 million RMB ,The motorcycle project was introduced in 2002 with the current assets of 3 million RMB, fixed assets of 3.5 million RMB, current yearly output of 300 thousand units and future yearly output of 800 thousand units in 3 years.   IN 2003 and 2004, the universal machinery manufacturing department and ATV manufacturing department were established with current assets of 5 million RMB and fixed assets of 9 million RMB.
