Viso-Lube Tech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.("VLTC") is a lubricant manufacturer which was established in 2001 by Hong Kong Viso-Tech Resources Ltd. ("VTRL"). It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VTRL.
